The bottle measures 70mm in diameter and stands 250mm tall, holding a 500ml fill of borosilicate glass inside its stainless steel outer. It arrives in an XD Design gift box measuring 76mm by 76mm by 255mm, presented ready to hand across. The compact 500ml size sits easily on a desk, in a bag pocket or in a standard cup holder for the daily commute.

A vacuum layer sits between the glass interior and the stainless steel outer, and that gap slows the movement of heat so the drink holds the temperature it went in at. The steel wall also keeps the outside comfortable to hold rather than cold or warm to the touch. Glass on the inside means water and juice keep a clean, true taste with no metallic edge.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
