The mug holds 400ml, enough for a large coffee or a generous tea, and measures 80mm across by 97mm tall. Its double wall build sits two stainless steel skins around that volume, which slows how fast a hot drink cools once it is poured. The footprint fits a standard cup holder and sits steady on a desk or a bench top.

Wash the mug by hand and it stays in top shape, since handwashing is the recommended way to care for it. A quick rinse with warm soapy water keeps the steel bright and protects any engraved or printed logo on the outside. Keeping it out of the dishwasher is a small habit that keeps the double wall and the finish looking sharp.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
