Wash the Surf by hand and the clear glass stays bright and ready for the next tasting or round. Handwashing is recommended, and a quick pass with warm water and mild detergent is all it needs. Cared for this way the glass stays clear, the drink stays on show and your engraved or printed logo stays sharp across repeated use.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
