The mug measures 77mm in diameter and stands 97mm tall, or 113mm across including the handle, and holds 350ml of hot or cold drink. It arrives in a gift box measuring 108mm tall, 110mm wide and 89mm deep. The borosilicate body stays light in the hand, and the moulded handle gives a clear hold on the side of the mug.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
