Four decoration methods suit this bottle. Pad print, screen print and rotary digital print place your logo on the painted body, while laser engraving cuts your artwork to a shiny bare steel finish beneath the paint. The Vanguard comes in four painted finishes: silver, gloss white, matt navy and matt black. The gloss white gives a bright, print-friendly surface, while the matt navy and matt black keep a low-shine, corporate look. Silver sits neutrally with most brand palettes. All four take the painted decoration methods well and pair with the white polypropylene trim on the stainless steel lid.

The bottle measures 67mm across by 260mm tall and holds 600ml, a comfortable everyday size for a desk, a gym bag or a car cup holder. It is presented in a kraft gift box sized 70mm by 70mm by 272mm, ready to hand over as a gift. The stainless steel screw-on lid with its polypropylene trim closes neatly over the rim.

Wash the bottle by hand in warm soapy water and the painted finish keeps its colour while the engraving or print stays sharp. Rinse the lid and the polypropylene trim, then let everything air dry before reassembling. Handwashing is the routine we recommend rather than the dishwasher, which protects the paint, the trim and the vacuum wall so the bottle keeps performing over regular use.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
