About this product
How can we brand the CamelBak Chute Mag?
Rotary screen print and laser engraving both work on the Chute Mag, so your logo can go on in colour across the body or be engraved into bare steel for a shiny finish. The CamelBak logo already prints on the body and debosses on the lid as standard. See our decoration techniques and artwork tips for help getting your artwork ready to share the bottle.
How does the magnetic cap on the Chute Mag work?
The Chute Mag uses a magnetic cap that holds the mouthpiece open and out of the way against the body while you drink, then closes leakproof over the mouth. Because the magnet is strong, the bottle is not suitable for people who wear a pacemaker. A carry handle on the screw cap gives an easy lift, and the bottle rides safely in a bag once shut.
How long does the Chute Mag hold temperature?
The full one litre body is double-wall vacuum insulated, keeping drinks cold for six hours or hot for up to four hours from filling. That range covers a long shift, a day on site or a big training session on a single fill. The tough powder coated black finish sits over the stainless steel, and the leakproof cap keeps the contents in place in a bag.
How should the CamelBak Chute Mag be washed?
Wash the Chute Mag by hand in warm soapy water and the powder coated black finish and debossed lid both keep their look. A slim bottle cleaner reaches down the full litre through the wide mouth, and the magnetic cap wipes clean easily. Hand washing suits this bottle better than a dishwasher, and drying it open before the cap closes keeps the steel fresh.
Ordering, artwork & delivery
How long does production take
Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Need it faster? Ask us, we can often fast-track urgent orders, so tell us your in-hands date and we will confirm what is possible.
Will I see an artwork proof before printing
Yes. After you confirm your order we send a layout proof, and production only begins once you have approved it. You can also preview your logo on screen first in our free Preview Studio, and see our artwork tips for print-ready files.
Are set-up charges required
Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.
Can I order a sample first
Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.
Where do you deliver
Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
What payment methods do you accept
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
Can you beat a cheaper price from elsewhere
Most likely. If you find an identical branded product quoted lower by another Australian APPA-member supplier, send us the quote dated within the last two weeks and we will work hard to match or beat it on a like-for-like basis, without dropping quality. See our Price-Beat Promise.
