The screw-on lid carries a woven strap that doubles as a quick release for the flip-out drinking valve, so a pull on the strap flips the valve up ready to drink. The same strap lets you carry the bottle or clip it onto a bag. It is a neat, one-piece design from XD that keeps the drinking spout tucked away on the lid until you need it.

The Metal Neva bottle measures 63mm in diameter and 215mm tall, holding 500ml, a comfortable everyday size. It arrives in an XD gift box sized 70mm wide by 230mm high by 70mm, which protects it in transit and presents it well for staff or client gifts. The screw-on lid with its woven strap and flip-out valve sits neatly on top of the stainless steel body.

Wash the Metal Neva by hand in warm soapy water and the grey finish and the valve mechanism both keep working smoothly. Handwashing is the recommended method, so leave it out of the dishwasher and let it dry before the lid goes back on. Rinsing the flip-out valve after each use keeps it clean, and the stainless steel body comes back fresh and ready for the next fill.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
