About this product
How do we add our logo to the Jericho bottle?
The Jericho takes pad print and rotary screen print on the body, while laser engraving cuts your logo into bare steel for a subtle tonal finish. The same pad print can also brand a matching gift tube. See our decoration techniques and artwork tips for help choosing a method and setting up your file. Each bottle then arrives in a smart gift box, ready for staff or members.
How long does the Jericho keep drinks hot or cold?
Double wall vacuum insulation lets the Jericho hold drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours. A vacuum layer between the two stainless steel walls slows the movement of heat, so a morning fill stays at temperature. The BPA-free body keeps water, coffee or tea tasting clean, and the soft silicone handle gives you something to carry it by between desk and meeting room.
What size is the Jericho and what packaging is available?
The Jericho bottle measures 65mm in diameter and 230mm tall, holding 550ml. It comes in a gift box sized 75mm by 75mm by 240mm, and an optional gift tube at 78mm diameter by 259mm is also available for a neater presentation. The screw-on stainless steel lid carries a soft silicone handle on top, giving a soft point to lift and carry the bottle.
How should we care for the Jericho bottle?
Wash the Jericho by hand in warm soapy water and the silver finish stays bright while the vacuum walls keep performing. Handwashing is the recommended method, so leave it out of the dishwasher and dry it before refitting the lid. A rinse after coffee or tea stops flavours carrying over, and the stainless steel interior comes back clean and ready for the next drink of the day.
Ordering, artwork & delivery
How long does production take
Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Need it faster? Ask us, we can often fast-track urgent orders, so tell us your in-hands date and we will confirm what is possible.
Will I see an artwork proof before printing
Yes. After you confirm your order we send a layout proof, and production only begins once you have approved it. You can also preview your logo on screen first in our free Preview Studio, and see our artwork tips for print-ready files.
Are set-up charges required
Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.
Can I order a sample first
Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.
Where do you deliver
Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
What payment methods do you accept
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
Can you beat a cheaper price from elsewhere
Most likely. If you find an identical branded product quoted lower by another Australian APPA-member supplier, send us the quote dated within the last two weeks and we will work hard to match or beat it on a like-for-like basis, without dropping quality. See our Price-Beat Promise.
