The 800ml Intrepid takes pad print, rotary screen print and full colour rotary digital print on the body, and the taller surface gives your logo more room to run in full colour around the bottle. The bottle is 73mm in diameter and stands 260mm tall, holding a full 800ml, so it carries more water for longer days than the 600ml size. The taller body suits hikers, cyclists and site crews who want fewer refills, and it still slides into a larger bike cage or side pocket. The carabiner lets it hang outside a full pack when there is no room inside.

The 800ml Intrepid comes in thirteen colours: silver, gunmetal, white, yellow, orange, red, bright green, kelly green, light blue, royal blue, translucent blue, navy and black. That broad range lets a big club, school or event colour-code across teams or year groups, or order one strong brand colour for the whole run. The aluminium finish shows a printed logo clearly on every one.

Wash the 800ml Intrepid by hand in warm soapy water with a soft sponge on a long handle to reach the taller body, and hand washing keeps the aluminium bright and protects a printed logo. Rinse it and leave it to air with the lid off so the inside dries fully. Looked after this way the colour holds and the branding stays sharp through seasons of hiking, sport and outdoor events.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
