The carafe measures 85mm across and stands 246mm tall, holding a full 800ml for water, juice or infused blends. It comes in a natural gift box sized 267mm high by 95mm by 95mm, ready to present or wrap. The slim borosilicate shape pours neatly at the table and stores easily on a shelf or in a fridge door between services at a busy venue.

Yes. The borosilicate glass suits chilled water, juice and infusions, so you can fill the carafe and rest it in the fridge before guests arrive. The natural cork lid tops the neck to keep dust off while it chills. Its slim shape fits most fridge doors, and the lightweight glass lifts easily to the table when it is time to pour for guests.

Wash the carafe by hand in warm soapy water and the borosilicate glass stays bright and the cork lid holds its natural texture. A soft cloth and a gentle rinse reach the base, then let both parts air-dry before you rest the lid back on top. Cared for this way the carafe keeps its clean look for entertaining and everyday table service alike.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
